Assessing and adapting the living environment to maximise safety, accessibility and independence for individuals with disabilities or mobility challenges, ensuring they can perform daily activities safely and efficiently in their own homes.

Rehabilitation

Facilitating the return to meaningful and productive activities following injury, illness or disability through comprehensive assessment, therapeutic interventions and support to optimise functional abilities and vocational outcomes.

Equipment Prescription

Assessing individuals' functional needs and recommending appropriate assistive devices or adaptive equipment to enhance independence, facilitate participation in daily activities and improve overall quality of life.

Assessments

Encompassing a variety of standardised tools and clinical evaluations used to comprehensively evaluate an individual's functional abilities, identify challenges and strengths and inform personalised intervention plans to promote independence and participation in daily activities.

We welcome private clients and referrals through chronic disease management plans and enhanced primary care plans.

Aged Care

We are committed to supporting seniors, including those on home care packages and home support programs, and welcome referrals from aged care providers.

NDIS

We are committed to supporting NDIS participants, including children, adolescents and adults, as well as their families on their journey to enhanced well-being.

Workers' Compensation

We welcome referrals from workers' compensation providers and take pride in helping workers recover from workplace injuries.
